EATING CONCERNS HOTLINE AND OUTREACH (ECHO)
Eating Concerns Hotline and Outreach is an undergraduate organization formed to address issues related to eating and body issues at Harvard. ECHO offers confidential peer counseling services at its office in M Basement of Lowell House from 8 pm to 11 pm, Sunday through Wednesday. The hotline is staffed every night from 8 pm to 8 am.
ECHO counselors provide a non-judgmental and non-directive space for undergraduate students to receive support for any concerns. ECHO counselors have specialized training to address concerns about exercising, body image, food, eating, and eating disorders. ECHO members also sponsor educational and outreach programs throughout the year.

STUDENT MENTAL HEALTH LIASIONS (SMHL)
Student Mental Health Liaisons are student leaders who work collaboratively with the Wellness Proctors/Tutors, and other student groups to promote a supportive student community at Harvard. Liaisons educate, raise awareness, and engage in House and Freshman Yard community programs in order to help our community (students, residential and administration staff, faculty) better understand the issues of emotional wellbeing, early recognition of students in distress, treatment effectiveness, treatment options, and to promote emotional support in the community.

ROOM 13
Room 13 pledges to provide confidential peer counseling to the undergraduate community of Harvard College on all matters relating to mental health and wellness. Room 13 will be available to talk through any variety of concerns, and shall therefore ensure and acquire appropriate training and support for staffers. We offer a supportive, sympathetic ear and maintain strict confidentiality. We can talk about anything that's on your mind, and we won't criticize you or pass any judgments. We don't claim to have any easy answers, but sometimes it helps just to talk to someone who is attentive and truly cares about what you have to say.
Room 13 is staffed entirely by Harvard undergraduate students: sophomores, juniors and seniors. Our counselors are selected by the staff of the previous year for their caring, friendliness, and open-mindedness. The staff consists of about 35 men and women with different racial, economic, and ethnic backgrounds. We all have different interests and goals, live in different houses, and focus in a variety of concentrations. We want to help other people at Harvard.

STRESSBUSTERS
Stressbusters is a college wellness program that aims to create a healthier campus community through palliative backrubs and resource education. Stressbusters professionally trains a group of dedicated students to offer free backrubs to students and staff across campus. The Stressbusters team supports campus mental health safeguards by providing tangible moments of calm and encouraging deliberate relaxation. Stressbusters work to promote a culture of self-care and balance within the hectic college environment.
